PAYMENT

Payment is required within 3 days of sale unless otherwise arranged. If payment or communication is not received then, the items will be relisted and the sale void.
I am happy to make arrangements, or to hold items for a period of time (a desposit may be required) so please just ask - I try not to bite!.


SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.50 on all parcels under $200. Over $200 and you get free postage :)

Orders are sent via Regular Australi Post parcel services.  Express or Registered Post is available for cost.
Orders are posted on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS only unless by special arrangement.

NB: Express Post is guaranteed next day to the major CITY, not to the suburbs.  So even Express Post can take up to 3 days to reach the suburbs of Sydney  for example.

LAY BY

Lay-by is available, please specify in the comments on your checkout. I will contact you within 24 hours with confirmation and details.
Lay-by’s, unless otherwise arranged must be completed within 8 weeks, and require a 10% deposit and weekly payments.
If lay-by is not completed, weekly payments made will be refunded, however the deposit will not. Items will be relisted and sale void.
If you are having problems for ANY reason, please let me know and we can work around them! I am very flexible so long as I am aware of the situation - unexpected things happen every day, communication is the key!


GIFTED ORDERS

I am happy to post full or partial orders to alternative addresses, and will also gift wrap on request. Please add this to your comments in checkout if you require a gifted order and I will contact you by phone directly, email confirmation will be sent with the details of the package. Additional postages charges may apply.


HAMPER ORDERS

I am more than happy to organise a personal hamper package for anyone, consisting of any of our products. This is all about YOU and YOUR family after all! So let me know what you need and we can arrange something :) These are especially nice for tailor made baby shower or birthday pressies too!


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Fluffy Lime refund or exchange and defective or faulty product, so long as it is not washed or worn... So please inspect your product before washing and use to ensure the quality meets your standards.

We can exchange or offer store credit on products for change of mind or size, again if they are unworn and unwashed, with orginal packaging. Sizes are given based on standard Australian sizing measurements for FL branded products, and as per specified measurements for non-FL products, so please refer the sizing guides to ensure a correct fit for your kidlets :) Whilst we try to be accurate, measuring your kidlets is the only way to ensure correct fit.

I regret that I cannot offer refunds on change of mind or size products, store credits and exchanges only.  If the item is now out of stock, you will offered a store credit.  This excludes postage charges.
